What payment methods do you accept?

Prithu Creations accepts Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, Cash Cards, Paypal, Bank Deposits, Mobile Payments, and Cash on Delivery.

Credit Cards / Debit Cards

For Cards issued in India, we support Visa, American Express, Diner’s Club and JCB Cards, through ccAvenue Payment Gateway. For Cards issued outside India, we support all of them through our PAYPAL payment gateway.

Mobile Payments

You can make mobile payments using State Bank of India / Paymate through our ccAvenue Payment Gateway.

What is the meaning of EMI?

Equated Monthly Installments or EMI allows you to pay with a Credit Card in simple and equal monthly installments, rather than paying in full at the very beginning. Depending upon the time duration of your EMI cycle, your credit card issuing Bank charges a nominal rate of interest on the principal.

How can I tell if a gemstone is real or fake?

The real identity of a gemstone can only be checked by a renowned Gem Testing Laboratory. One can consider an expert gemologist for primary consultation but must always rely on the Gem Certificate issued by a trusted Gem Testing Lab. The certificate from the Gem Lab ensures and lists vital descriptions about the gemstone that will offer great assurance to the buyers. It helps to avoid the chances of getting duped by purchasing fake gemstones. At Prithu Creations, we give our consumers the advantage of certainty by providing authentic IGI, GIA, GRS, GII, etc. gemstone certificates with every purchase.

Cash on Delivery

Is Cash on Delivery available for all products?

Cash on Delivery is available for all  orders.

How many days does it take?

Cash on Delivery takes the same number of days to deliver as typical normal courier.
For metros, courier companies typically take 1 to 3 days to deliver the product from the date dispatched. For non-metros, courier companies typically take 3 to 7 days to deliver the product from the date it is dispatched.
